Hemp Protein Smoothie Mixed Berry
Love berries in your shake? Try our hemp protein smoothie mixed berry recipe made with Saint Hemp vanilla bean hemp protein powder. It's a delicious and creamy blend, packed full of omega-3 and omega-6. A perfect kick start to your morning and a great way to get your kids eating fruit!
- 1 scoop Vanilla Bean hemp protein powder
- 50g oats
- 1 Banana
- 1 handful of frozen blueberries
- 1 handful of frozen raspberries
- 1 handful of frozen strawberries
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 300ml coconut water
- Grab a decent blender
- Add all of the ingredients in one by one (remember to cut up the banana!)
- Blend for 20 seconds or so
- Pour into your Saint Hemp shaker - the stainless steel keeps it cool
- Drink and enjoy!
