Love berries in your shake? Try our hemp protein smoothie mixed berry recipe made with Saint Hemp vanilla bean hemp protein powder. It's a delicious and creamy blend, packed full of omega-3 and omega-6. A perfect kick start to your morning and a great way to get your kids eating fruit!

Hemp Protein Smoothie Mixed Berry

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Bean hemp protein powder
  • 50g oats
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 handful of frozen blueberries
  • 1 handful of frozen raspberries
  • 1 handful of frozen strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 300ml coconut water

Method

  1. Grab a decent blender
  2. Add all of the ingredients in one by one (remember to cut up the banana!)
  3. Blend for 20 seconds or so
  4. Pour into your Saint Hemp shaker - the stainless steel keeps it cool
  5. Drink and enjoy!
