Hemp Seed Avocado Toast

A modern-day classic, avocado toast is completely customisable and always delicious, and adding hemp seeds to the mix is a great way to get a healthy dose of plant protein and omega 3 fatty acids. Check out our Australian grown hemp seeds here.
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- Generous sprinkle of Saint Hemp Australian grown hemp seeds
- Two spoonfuls of hummus
- Squeeze of lime juice
- Pinch of sea salt
- Cracked black pepper and chilli flakes
- Slice avocado in half and gently peel off the skin
- Mash one half and thinly slice the other - squeeze some fresh lime juice on top to stop it from browning
- Toast your sourdough slices and then spread with hummus
- Top one slice of toast with mashed avocado and transfer the sliced avocado to the other slice of toast
- Sprinkle both slices of toast generously with Saint Hemp Australian grown hemp seeds, then add sea salt, cracked black pepper, and chill flakes to your taste
