Hemp Seed Avocado Toast

    A modern-day classic, avocado toast is completely customisable and always delicious, and adding hemp seeds to the mix is a great way to get a healthy dose of plant protein and omega 3 fatty acids. Check out our Australian grown hemp seeds here.


    • 1 ripe avocado
    • 2 slices sourdough bread
    • Generous sprinkle of Saint Hemp Australian grown hemp seeds
    • Two spoonfuls of hummus
    • Squeeze of lime juice
    • Pinch of sea salt
    • Cracked black pepper and chilli flakes


    1. Slice avocado in half and gently peel off the skin
    2. Mash one half and thinly slice the other - squeeze some fresh lime juice on top to stop it from browning
    3. Toast your sourdough slices and then spread with hummus
    4. Top one slice of toast with mashed avocado and transfer the sliced avocado to the other slice of toast
    5. Sprinkle both slices of toast generously with Saint Hemp Australian grown hemp seeds, then add sea salt, cracked black pepper, and chill flakes to your taste
