Hemp Seed Nut Butter

    Making your own hemp seed nut butter is easier than you think and it’s so much fun to experiment with your own flavour combinations. Here’s two beautiful butters you’ll go nuts for. Check out our Australian grown hemp seeds here.

    INGREDIENTS

    • Hemp Seed, Vanilla and Cashew Butter
      • 3 cups cashew nuts
      • 1/2 cup Saint Hemp Australian grown hemp seeds
      • A pinch of sea salt
      • 1 tsp of vanilla powder
    • Hemp Seed and Hazelnut Butter
      • 3 cups of hazelnuts
      • 1/2 cup Saint Hemp Australian grown hemp seeds
      • A pinch of sea salt

    METHOD

    1. Heat the oven at 150 degree Celsius
    2. Spread the cashews / hazelnuts on a baking tray and roast for 25 mins
    3. Ensure you give them a shake halfway through
    4. Remove the tray from the oven and let the cashews cool down for 10 minutes
    5. Add to a food processor together with the rest of the ingredients
    6. Blitz for a minute and then stop to scrape around from the sides of the processor, before repeating the process. It will take around 10 minutes to get the perfect consistency
    7. Transfer it to an airtight container or jar. Store in a cupboard and consume within a week or so
