Vanilla Hemp Protein Porridge

    Nothing beats a warm and cosy bowl of hemp protein porridge on a chilly morning. To make this porridge even more nutritious, we added our vanilla hemp protein powder which also works as a natural sweetener. Topped with sliced banana and blueberries, this bowl is absolutely delicious! Check out our vanilla hemp protein here.


    • 1/2 cup of porridge oats
    • 1 cup of plant milk
    • 1/2 cup of water
    • 1/4 cup of Saint Hemp vanilla hemp protein powder
    • 1 tbsp of maple syrup
    • 1 pinch of salt
    • 1 sliced banana
    • 1 handful of blueberries


    1. In a small pan, add the porridge oats, milk, water, maple syrup and salt
    2. Cook on a low to medium heat for around 10 mins, stirring occasionally until the porridge is thick and creamy
    3. Add in vanilla hemp protein powder and mix together well
    4. Add the banana and blueberries and enjoy!
