I've bought some Saint Hemp. Now what happens?
Our site has been built for speed to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Here's how it works:
1. ORDER PLACED
Order is placed and payment is confirmed. You'll receive an order summary email.
2. ORDER RECEIVED
Our warehouse gets instantly notified of the products you've ordered, your name and address.
3. ORDER HANDLING
a) If you've ordered before 8am Australian time, jump straight to step 4.
b) If you've ordered after 8am, we add 1 day of handling time. We've done this deliberately to allow time to cancel / modify any incorrect orders before they're sent on their way.
4. HANDOVER TO COURIER
Each day at 8am Australian time, all Saint Hemp orders get packed up and handed over to the courier.
5. ORDER SHIPPED
You'll then receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped. A tracking number is included in the email for you to check progress.
6. ORDER DELIVERED
Your products get delivered, you'll receive another email confirming delivery, and that's it!
Live in Australia?
There's two options for you if you're ordering from Australia:
1. Standard shipping ($10). We use Australia Post and they usually take between 3-5 days.
2. Express shipping ($20). Australia Post again, but they'll speed things up for you and only take 1-3 days (remember, if you order after 8am, your products don't ship until the next day).
Please note, the above timings are guidelines only. We rely on Australia Post to fulfil their end of the bargain, but do let us know if there's any delays and we'll do our best to chase them up for you.
Live overseas? $30 shipping - flat fee
We use Australia Post International Courier Express and they're usually pretty quick. Their date range is anywhere between 5-12 days. We're a new business and only hold stock in Sydney, Australia at present. But, one of our key priorities as we grow is to hold stock in Western Europe, North America and Asia. We want you to get your hands on Saint Hemp as quickly as possible and are determined to do everything we can to make it as quick, cheap and painless as possible.
Do you ship on Australian public holidays?
We accept orders 24/7, 365 days a year, but our warehouse staff and couriers don't work on Australian public holidays, so that will add an extra day onto your delivery time. Please keep that in mind when ordering.
